• All services provided by Dr. Manju, including counseling, coaching, and corporate training, are professional in nature and intended to support your personal and/or professional growth.
• Services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Booking Confirmation: Appointments will be confirmed via email after booking through our website.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session to avoid charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment at no extra cost if done at least 72 hours in advance.

• Payment must be made in full before the session begins, unless otherwise agreed.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

• All information shared during sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).
• Recording Policy: Recording of sessions is strictly prohibited without the explicit prior consent of both parties (you and Dr. Manju). This applies to both audio and video recordings. Any unauthorized recording is a violation of these terms and may result in termination of services.

• Dr. Manju is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of services provided.
• Clients are encouraged to actively engage in their sessions and take responsibility for applying insights gained.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dr. Manju, her associates, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
