Ts. Dr. Manju Appathurai

Licensed Psychologist | Leadership Strategist | CEO (AI)

Ts. Dr. Manju Appathurai works at the intersection of psychology, leadership under consequence, and executive decision-making, supporting leaders whose roles carry visibility, risk, and real-world impact.

With over 21 years advising governments, regulators, multinationals, GLCs, and family conglomerates, her work focuses on what most leadership programmes avoid: how power, responsibility, and scrutiny reshape thinking, behaviour, and judgment at senior levels.

Her approach is psychology-led, not motivational — combining globally accredited psychometric tools (BPS/EFPA-aligned), structured leadership diagnostics, and neuroscience-informed practice to help leaders think clearly, remain internally stable, and carry authority without distortion or burnout.

Unlike traditional coaching or training, Dr. Manju’s work is grounded in licensed psychological practice, with governance-aware protocols, ethical safeguards, and measurable behavioural outcomes — making it suitable for C-suite, successors, and mission-critical leaders operating in complex, high-stakes environments.

She leads principal engagements personally and works with selected senior associates to deliver discreet, high-trust programmes across regions.
