Purpose: This assessment identifies your natural leadership approach and measures your capacity to adapt your style based on situational demands. The most effective leaders know their default tendencies AND can flex when circumstances require a different approach.
What This Measures: Two integrated components: (1) Your dominant leadership style across four research-validated approaches, and (2) Your situational adaptability—how effectively you match leadership behavior to context.
