⚫ Job description:
- Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
- Organize and maintain IT resources
- Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and
data center management - Perform analysis to understand the user needs
- Assist in the development and improvement of the software to meet the user
needs - Conduct tests and identify errors of the programs
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and debugging
- Help with the software implementations, for example by providing training
and support for the staff who will operate the software - Other tasks as assigned
