  1. Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns
  2. Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote company brands
    on various social media websites
  3. Create and distribute content such as blogs, infographics, videos and press
    releases on social media and traditional news outlets
  4. Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and
    campaigns for scalability
  5. Support marketing team at live and online events
  6. Manages the company’s social media accounts and posts content
  7. Brainstorms campaign ideas
  8. Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and
    Twitter
  9. Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns
  10. Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand,
    customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service
  11. Engages with customers or clients and provides service
  12. Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on
    social platforms and internal processes
  13. Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems
  14. Assists in creating performance reports
  15. Other tasks as assigned
